Northwood Office wanted to use technology to
improve the tenant experience and stay competitive
with co-working spaces and amenity-filled buildings

In recent years, many businesses have traded their traditional offices for co-working spaces and slick, amenity-filled buildings. Northwood Office, a commercial real estate agency, wanted to create a mobile app that would improve the experience for their tenants so they could remain competitive amid this growing trend.

The Solution

We joined forces to develop goBallantyne,
a special app for the firm's 17,000
Ballantyne Corporate Park tenants

The app makes it easier for Corporate Park tenants to take advantage of the property’s amenities and programs, such as special discounts, food truck lunches, and more. The app includes a digital card for discounts at nearby retailers, a schedule of upcoming events and food truck visits, plus analytics Northwood can use to track and increase user engagement and lease renewals.
