ATD knew their e-commerce site was aging, inefficient, and inconsistently branded, leading to low engagement and sales. As a forward-thinking company in a traditional industry, they wanted to update the online experience to boost confidence in their brand and increase revenue.

The Solution

Skookum conducted extensive research and journey mapping to inform design, then used iterative sprints to build a new website and test it with real users

With the new site, users are able to easily make purchases, schedule appointments and complete other high-priority tasks. Our design team partnered with ATD to support them during development and launch.
