Responsibilities
- Lead testing process for software systems
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure quality software delivery
- Design and execute user-acceptance and destructive tests
- Track and develop metrics for testing
- Track issues to resolution
- Acquire business knowledge relevant to the software
- Suggest likely causes of found issues to developers
Qualifications
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Persistence
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
Nice to Have
- Some familiarity with programming
- Familiarity with agile software development
- Experience writing automated tests (eg Selenium)
